WorldTime Clock Properties dialog is opened when you select Setup... item from the Clock Menu.
All settings will be saved when you exit WorldTime Clock, so next time you will start it up, all Clock Displays will look absolutely like before the exit.

Following settings are common for all Clock Displays:
Start when Windows Startup checkbox defines whether you want WorldTime Clock to be automatically started when Windows starts and user logs into a system.
Clock Drops Shadow checkbox defines whether you want all Clock
Displays to drop shadow.
Supported on Windows XP and Windows 2003 only.
