Using Reminders

You can set and manage reminders individually for each Clock you have.

Manage Reminders List Open the Reminders List window, selecting Reminders List item in the Clock Menu. Following actions are described below: Set New Reminder Modify Existing Reminder Delete Reminder When You Are Reminded

Reminders List Actions When Remiders List is opened you can manage reminders by: Clicking the Reminders menu in the Reminders List window menu Clicking toolbar buttons Clicking the right mouse button on the Reminders List and use popup menu

Set New Reminder Click the New button on the toolbar Alternatively, you can select New menu item in the Reminder window menu or in the popup menu, when you click right mouse button A new reminder window will be opened Enter a reminder text in the Reminder Message field You can modify reminder date and time in the Reminder Date&Time field, if necessary Select the sound for your reminder from the drop-down list or you can select any *.WAV file on your PC clicking the [...] button Click the Test button to test the selected sound Click OK if you want to add this reminder to your reminders list or Cancel if you want to quit (reminder will not be added). New reminder will be added according to the time zone of choosen clock. There is a quick way to add new reminder. Learn how to do it here

Modify an Existing Reminder Click left mouse button on the reminder you want to edit Click the Edit button on the toolbar Alternatively, you can select Edit menu item in the Reminder window menu or in the popup menu, when you click right mouse button A reminder window will be opened Modify reminder text in the Reminder Message field Modify reminder date and time in the Reminder Date&Time field Select the new sound for your reminder from the drop-down list or you can select any *.WAV file on your PC clicking the [...] button Click OK if you want to save reminder with new values or Cancel if you want to quit (reminder will not be updated)

Delete Reminder Click left mouse button on the reminder you want to delete Click the Delete button on the toolbar Alternatively, you can select Delete menu item in the Reminder window menu or in the popup menu, when you click right mouse button A confirmation dialog will be opened Click Yes if you want delete current reminder or No if you do not want delete current reminder

When You Are Reminded

When a reminder date and time occurs, WorldTime Clock will play an audio alert with the sound you have selected and will open a reminder window.
You have three options:

• Select Dismiss radio-button to remove this reminder from the Reminders List

• Select Open Reminder radio-button to modify this reminder

• Select Snooze for radio-button and a period of time. Reminder window will be closed and you will be reminded again after select snooze period.
